For the final day of pizza week I got an eggplant pizza from Sweet Tomatoes in Newton Center. I gotta say that when dealing with pizza with fried eggplant on it you can’t really go wrong. The flavor of the eggplant really takes over the entire flavor of the pizza. This was very similar tasting to my favorite Angelina’s as well as Pinocchio’s. Eggplant pizza is by far my favorite but Angelina’s is still my favorite place to get it.
